Welcome to Reform Aesthetics and Dental. I am Dr Priya Sonia Patel the founder of Reform Aesthetics and Dental. I have been working as a Dental Surgeon since 2007 and developed a specialist interest in Aesthetic Medicine since 2010.
In addition to working in Aesthetic Medicine I also work as an Expert Aesthetic Trainer for Cosmetic Courses whereby I train other medical professionals who are keen to perform aesthetic procedures and work alongside the top Plastic surgeons.
This opportunity has allowed me to further develop my passion in aesthetics and rejuvenation techniques and pass on my skills and expertise to other medical professionals

Shyam Nansi
MPharm, MRPharmS, Certified Nutritionist
Shyam is our in-house certified nutritionist who brings to Reform a wealth of expertise in health and nutrition and overall wellbeing. He also specialises in weight loss management providing personalised nutrition plans which instils lasting results suited to your lifestyle.
He also has experience in helping women navigate the physiological changes as well as physical challenges that come with women of a menopausal age group.

Dental Nurse and Skin Health Practitioner GDC Number: 213755
Rae has had extensive experience in Dentistry since 2011. Her dedication to patient care and interest in overall Skin health has led her to further her qualifications in aesthetic treatments such as Chemical Peels and Microneedling which she offers at Reform. Rae’s warm, approachable nature combined with a keen eye for detail makes her a trusted professional in both dental care and skin aesthetics. Her warm and reassuring presence ensures patients feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout their journey at Reform Medical.

Dr Michelle Egan
MBChB, MRCGP
Michelle graduated in Medicine from the University of Leeds in 2009 and has since built a career as a dedicated and compassionate GP.
At Reform clinic, she offers a range of steroid joint injections designed to help reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and support patients in improving mobility and quality of life. Treatments include injections for:
