Welcome to Reform Aesthetics and Dental. I’m Dr. Priya Sonia Patel, founder of our modern and patient-centered clinic. I’ve been practicing as a Dental Surgeon since 2007 and have a dedicated special interest in Aesthetic Medicine since 2010.
In addition to my clinical work, I proudly serve as an Expert Aesthetic Trainer for cosmetic procedures—mentoring fellow medical professionals across the UK who want to excel in non-surgical treatments. I also collaborate with top plastic surgeons to refine techniques and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
This journey has allowed me to blend my passions in dentistry and aesthetics, and to continuously share my skills with both patients and peers in the healthcare field.

Shyam is our in-house certified nutritionist who brings to Reform a wealth of expertise in health and nutrition and overall wellbeing. He also specialises in weight loss management providing personalised nutrition plans which instils lasting results suited to your lifestyle.
He also has experience in helping women navigate the physiological changes aswell as physical challenges that come with women of a menopausal age group.

Rae has had extensive experience in Dentistry since 2011. Her dedication to patient care and interest in overall Skin health has led her to further her qualifications in aesthetic treatments such as Chemical Peels and Microneedling which she offers at Reform. Rae’s warm, approachable nature combined with a keen eye for detail makes her a trusted professional in both dental care and skin aesthetics. Her warm and reassuring presence ensures patients feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout their journey at Reform Medical.

Dr Michelle Egan
MBChB, MRCGP
Michelle graduated in Medicine from the University of Leeds in 2009 and has since built a career as a dedicated and compassionate GP.
At Reform clinic, she offers a range of steroid joint injections designed to help reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and support patients in improving mobility and quality of life. Treatments include injections for:
- Shoulder pain
- Knee pain
- Base of thumb arthritis
- De Quervain’s tenosynovitis
- Greater trochanteric pain syndrome (hip)
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
